Diana Steppling

Diana's experience in real estate comes not only from working as a realtor, but from being a buyer and a seller, several times. Over the course of her 30+ year marriage, she has lived in Pennsylvania, Texas (twice), Maryland (twice) and since 2003, New Jersey. She knows how it feels to leave a place you love and start over where you don't know a soul. She has experienced moving from a lower priced market to a high priced market, and knows what it's like to leave a secure job and have to start from the bottom. She knows how difficult it can be to keep a house 'show ready' with a husband who was often out of town, a full time job, two active children and at least one hairy dog. And, yes, she has bought while the market was 'up' and had to sell when it was 'weak'. With all these experiences and the skilled guidance of Lynn Garafola, Diana has become a caring and dependable agent who understands the toll it takes on buyers, sellers, and their loved ones. Susan Smith

Susan Smith joined Team Nest Builder as the Director of Internet Marketing in early 2009. She was born and raised in Maryland and holds a BS in Finance from The University of Maryland. Susan worked for over ten years in Accounting and Finance with Oracle Corporation in the Government division before relocating with her husband and young family to Sparta, NJ over 10 years ago. (Lynn helped them with that move.) When she is not managing internet marketing for Team Nest Builder, Susan is seeing to the needs of her three children who are involved in many activities including Soccer, Lacrosse, Dance, Gymnastics and Jazz Band. The Smith family also raises Seeing Eye Puppies for The Seeing Eye Institute in Morristown. Susan also enjoys scrap-booking in her free time (which is somewhat limited these days).
